Planning your Wedding
Organising a wedding can be a daunting task. Our wedding coordinator will be only too pleased to assist you with any aspect of you wedding from seating plans, menus, recommending cars, cakes, photographers and flowers. With many years of experience behind us we are able to offer you a highly professional service, which will help you to explore all possible options. We aim to combine our considerable knowledge with the flexibility of the hotel, to ensure that we give you not only a day to remember, but also one, which you will feel is really yours - we firmly believe there is no set formula. During the weeks leading up to your wedding we will always be on hand to offer guidance and reassurance.

Civil Weddings
At the Rhinewood we have the advantage of holding a Civil Marriage License thus enabling you to hold your Civil Marriage Service and Wedding Breakfast in the same beautiful setting.
- The Bentley Suite is licensed for Civil Weddings maximum of 100
- The Side Room is licensed for Civil Weddings maximum of 40
- The Glazebrook Suite licensed for Civil Weddings maximum of 40*
Capacities
Bentley Suite
Having been tastefully refurbished the Bentley Suite is a perfect setting for any Wedding Reception. We can accommodate Weddings from 10-100 for the Wedding Breakfast, and up to 150 guests for the evening function, certain times of the year we have minimum number requirements. Weddings with fewer numbers can be accommodated in the Bentley Suite on certain days of the week only.
Glazebrook Suite
Accommodating 50 for a Wedding Breakfast and 70 for the evening, the Glazebrook Suite is a perfect choice for the smaller Wedding, Complemented by its own Private Bar and Toilets. Or if you prefer, it may be possible to hold your wedding breakfast in Sugarfields Restaurant followed by your evening reception in the Glazebrook Suite.
Photographs
In the spring and summer months our extensive gardens and terrace create the perfect setting for both reception drinks and photography.
WHY NOT BOOK ONE OF OUR NEW FOUR POSTER ROOMS
The hotel is having an open day on Sunday 17th February 2008 between 12 and 4pm. This will give people the opportunity to view the hotel as a wedding venue. Our main banqueting suite will be set for a wedding breakfast and there will be a host of wedding suppliers to add that little bit extra. You will also have the opportuntiy to try tasters from our exciting new menu. We will be hosting a mock civil ceremony on Sunday 17th February 2008 In the Glazebrook Suite hosted by Warrington Registrars. This would be an excellent opportunity for anybody interested in having a civil ceremony to see exactly what is involved. It will take part at 1pm and lasts for approximately half an hour. All are welcome to attend.
